Order Cancellation
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled because it begins processing immediately.
However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to begin the return process. Once the item is returned and inspected, we can process your refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you will have the option to:

Have your order reshipped, or

Receive a refund
if your package is confirmed lost in transit.
If you selected Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your package if it is confirmed lost during transit.
Lost or Missing Packages
Elora is not responsible if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are correct before placing your order.
If we make an error with your shipment, we will take full responsibility and correct it at no additional cost to you.
Customs & Import Duties
We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes once the items have shipped.
By purchasing from Elora, you acknowledge that international shipments may incur customs charges depending on your country’s regulations.
